Complete Automated Technology has done outstanding work, once again! This is the second project Carlos has completed for me, and both times he's proven to be a complete professional. He assembled a rather complex bed frame with drawers & headboard in under two hours. He also discarded the packaging. In addition, he gave me advice on whether I should contact the vendor about returning a damaged piece of furniture vs allowing them to attempt to repair it. His expert opinion gave me the confidence to reach out and request a replacement, which they agreed to. He will definitely be my go-to for future projects!
