Let me start off by saying that the bar tender we got was extremely nice and did a good job despite the fact that he was a fill in and not really an actual bar tender but did this job occasionally. I respected the fact that he was very honest upfront. He was personable and very eager to please but it’s the little things that led me to give them a suboptimal review. First of all Ryan was responsive and he price was very reasonable. They did set up a great cocktail list but he also led us to believe he would be coming until the very last minute. Cons: - The guests had to wait for the drinks while the bar tender googled the recipes. Garnishes were supposed to be supplied yet they asked us to supply all of them. - Bartender brought his own mixer but was unable to open the lid, so ended up using ours, at the end of the night, he didn’t even bother with washing it. - The floor under where the bar was set up had spills underneath and was left sticky. - Every single bottle the bar tender touched was sticky and I had to wipe down at the end of the night (gross) - I gave him 3 different bottles of red wine as options for guests; after he left I found that he had opened every single one even though one one was half used. The other 2 were untouched. I now have 2 expensive bottle of wines wasted.
