Triad Installations put a new roof, siding and gutters on a large new construction garage for us. Rich was quick to respond to our emails and questions throughout the bid process, and he was quite clear about what was included in his estimate. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked hard through blistering heat. The crew chief was very knowledgeable about construction issues, answered all our questions about what was going on and checked the work in progress to ensure it was done right. Rich came by several times to make sure things were going well. The finished garage looks great and we are very happy with it. We highly recommend them and will be asking them to bid on our next project.

I have used Rich and his company on my personal residence and 2 rental properties all within the past 4 years. I have another rental property and when the time comes to replace that roof, Rich is the first guy I am calling. He is prompt, on time, provides an actual bill before the job is started and makes sure you are satisfied. I highly recommend him.

Roofing, gutters, gutter leaf covers. I called, and he was there to do an estimate in 24 hours. His team was experienced and worked well. I would use them again, and reccomend them to anyone wanting roofing.
