- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My customers need to provide me with the make model and color of their Apple device and describe what's wrong with the device. I'm usually able to provide a quote on the spot otherwise we'll meet at a convenient location for me to diagnose the problem and give you a quote for repair. There's no charge for this service if you come to me. Once we agree on a price I can usually fix your iPhone I have a spot in less than 30 minutes depending upon what's wrong or I'll take your iPad back to my shop and return it in four hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an engineering degree and have been certified Icracked, the nations largest and most respected mobile repair service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with anybody that owns Apple iPhones or iPads. I work with individuals, employees and have dozens of corporate customers in the Triad
