- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No personal trainer on earth can get you any kind of results in 2 weeks, this is why I require at least a 12 week commitment from my clients so that I can get you the results you are looking for. The longer you commit to my program, the cheaper the prices get per session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I do a FREE in-person or virtual consultation to really get to know you and your fitness goals, as well as, go over my program in great detail. Then, in the first session I will do balance, movement, and strength assessments along with circumference and body fat analysis to establish a baseline fitness level. After the initial assessments I will have the information ready to build an individualized program tailored to you, to optimize you results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a National Academy of Sports Medicine personal training certification and well as their Senior Fitness Specialist certification. Over 10 years personal experience in Fitness.
