- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project will be charged with three separate invoices. 1- Design Fee 2- Half-up-front for the mural cost 3- Remaining half of the mural cost A contract will be created for your records.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free consultations to view your space and discuss your vision. Before visiting the location, however, I like to give an estimate- not an exact quote- based on the square footage of your space and its location. My square footage price varies with difficulty of design and does not include priming, varnishing, or equipment (lifts, scaffolding). Once the general cost and theme of the design is agreed upon, I will ask for a design fee via invoice. The exact quote of the entire mural project will be determined once a design is approved by both parties. Afterwards, I will send over an official contract and invoice for half-down the mural cost. When the painting is completed and approved for quality, I will send over a final invoice for the remainder of the mural cost.
