Hiram responded quickly to my online request. He came out the next day to assess our yard. We discussed how to improve the appearance. When he came out, he did more than he promised taking care to trim excess briar bushes in our backyard but making our newly sodded front yard look beautiful in August!! We are appreciative and are thrilled that he will take care of our yard going forward.

What most impressed me is that Hiram came to look at the job before confirming his quote. He discovered that the grass was too wet and high and it would be better to wait n extra day before things dries out. The other companies did't care enough to find what the job really took.

My minimum rate is $40.00 Most jobs are bid on by sq ft. Specialty work is bid by a hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The golden rule! I work for THEM! I typically meet my new bosses and go over what they would like,expect,we go over details,times,and any points of interest. I show up and put my all into the job.
