- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job presents its own unique opportunity to affect the price. For a better detail and best price please allow us further detail for each job. Our staff will be more than glad to contact you and provide a complete and accurate estimate for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As the owner of All Bright Cleaning Solutions I like to meet with each customer to review requested job . From there both the customer and myself can have a clear understanding of what is needed, cost of job, any specific details the company needs to follow, customers contact information and date set for completion. Once this details have been agreed upon the customer will receive a scope of work before any job is started and a day before start date a call will be given to customer for any last minute details. At completion of each job I will have the customer inspect all work and sign off on scope. If there are any details missed myself or staff will complete and have customer re-inspect work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the customer service business for over 20 years now. Working for large corporations and small, this has granted me the opportunity to work with many type of situations. For the last 15 year being in the residential rental community , many jobs require the same service I provide.
