FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing should always be considered an estimated amount until the job has been viewed in person. It's also important to remember that estimates can change due to a number of variables, such as more damage than originally thought. Increases are always discussed with the customer before they are applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe that communicating throughout the entire process is essential to building a strong working relationship and trust. From arrival delays, needed changes to the job procsss, to completion time. The customer should never be caught off guard by any changes.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm over 25 years experience working with my father and grandfather with jobs as simple as changing a lightswitch to remodeling an entire house.
