He helped us hang curtain rods, paint a tricky area, and install a large, complex picture frame — and did so with precision, professionalism, and great attention to detail. It depends on how fast the customers task needs to get done and how big the task is but I would prefer to give a FREE estimate first and then schedule to get the job done.
