- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined based on project scope. Reduced rates = reduced scope. Fixed projects will require a minimum 25% deposit. On-going project rates are reserved for clients that have worked with us on more than 3 projects in 6 months.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Screening Chat (via phone, video, or Thumbtack chat) 2. Proposal review 3. Contract sent + first deposit due. 4. Project begins (Depending on the project timeline and scope, clients may require 1 to 2 scheduled meetings before final delivery of assets to ensure the project is successfully on track.) 5. Final design shared for review and approval 6. Final Deposit (+ revision round if applicable) 7. Final Asset Delivery
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the non-profit space for several years as a solo in-house designer supporting over a dozen programs, which gave me design experience in the following areas: - Event Signage & Merchandise (large format printing, tshirts, and stickers) - Marketing Materials (brochures, direct mailers, social media graphics, etc) - Long-form Documents (Reports, Insights, Whitepapers, etc.) - Basic Motion Graphics (intro and outro cards, lower-thirds, etc.) - Presentation Design I've collaborated with several agencies and Fortune 500 companies on design materials, so I have a professional, corporate-level approach to providing successful graphic design solutions.
