- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates for replacements and will gladly quote any dryer vent cleaning over the phone or Thumbtack. Pricing is mostly based on the location of the exterior vent cap and how challenging it will be to clean or replace the dryer vent correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are very easy to schedule with. We do not give out long arrival windows and make you wait for us. Instead, we agree on an exact time that works best for you and actually show up on the dot or sometimes earlier so you can go about your day. A dryer vent cleaning can take anywhere from 1-2 hours of your time from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Vent Busters technicians have over a decade of experience working with major appliances. We have been factory trained by Whirlpool, Maytag, Frigidaire, Bosch, Fisher Paykel, Viking, Subzero and more.
