His professionallsms and punctuality was exemplary from the first assessment when he came to do the second opinion of the job. However he was called back to later finish what should have been resolved sooner he did try other avenues with materials (Motors) he had or Different models he had on hand that he thought or tried to to give me heat in my home because my mother is elderly to give me heat in my home but it wouldn’t work but the effects that he displayed to go above and beyond to help and the effects that he displays to my family was pure genuine effort empathy compassion and I can’t express how thankful we are for Marcus to help us in this time of need. Thank you from the depths of our hearts we thank you sincerely
