Tim was a lifesaver for me! He responded immediately to my request (2 minutes) and gave me some ideas he thought may occur. He was flexible with his schedule and arrived a little early which was great. In a matter of 30 minutes he fixed my problem and was very reasonable on his cost. He also gave me some suggestions to help with my washer moving forward. I will definitely use him again if needed.
