- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our experts will come out for a standard dispatch fee and assess the job and offer multiple pricing options. All pricing is given prior to work being completed. We are a flat-rate company; meaning we do not charge by the hour. Each service has a price associated with it. Our dispatch fee is Waived if you choose to have work done. We have 10% discount for members.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we book the call you will receive a booking confirmation. The tech will call when he is on the way and you will receive a text notification that we are headed your way.
