Second generation plumbers. Taught by our father. Right from our earliest memories it was "let's go to work" and in the plumbing truck with our dad. He taught us everything! He taught us that our sole purpose is to provide the absolute highest level of plumbing service to our fellow man, He taught us to share our knowledge and experiences with each and every interaction. He taught to love people and understand empathy and that we are here to help. He taught us to grow plumbers from within, with GREAT CORE Values and to ensure they know how to be the best at their trade. We are here to upset the market with our ability to custom tailor our options and create winning outcomes for everyone! We recently bought a nice house in Burlington. A 1950 constructed house, we knew there were repairs waiting and upgrades we wanted to consider. We searched for the right plumbing company to support us and, after a review of many of the local plumbing providers, we selected Extra Mile Home Services. The company is led by a two-brother team based in Graham, NC. We could not have done any better than this technically qualified company. What is best about them though is their absolute dedication to their clients. They focus on finding root causes to the plumbing issues needing repairs and listening to the customers desired upgrade end-state to deliver the best results.Extra Miles Mark and Chris worked with us to fix visible plumbing problems and replumb some ticking time bombs (slipshod plumbing done in creative ways) that were done to the house years ago. They also replaced our 21+ year old hot water heater walking us through the options of electric/gas and tank/tankless and supported our desire to move it to a totally different area of the house. They even took out an old cast iron tub and installed a walk-in shower in one of the bathrooms.Mark and Chris are honest and hard-working. They do not try to up-sell, nor pad invoices and they communicate clearly on all work issues. They love challenges and are effective plumbing detectives." We strongly recommend them for any and all plumbing and other home services such as bathroom conversions.

The Cline brothers are a shining example of old world craftsmanship with new world customer service. They took care of the problem but did so by asking great questions allowing them to take care of me and my family. 100% will have them back for all our plumbing issues.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each job per job. Meaning, we evaluate the customers needs, wants and concerns and evaluate the situation and price according to what it will take to complete the job. There is no surprises or anything like that. What number we give is what number we need to perform the work and get it done with warranties and all considered. Every attempt is made to be reasonable and maintain industry standard pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make it as seamless as possible. We get your basic information, book a call. We text when we are on our way to your home typically 30-45 minutes in advance. We arrive at the home, perform a visual inspection, have a conversation with the homeowner, discuss needs, wants and concerns. Once pricing has been given, agreed upon we will begin the work per the details we discussed. :)
