The workers were great. They were on time, courteous, and very professional. My only complaint is when his worker called to tell him they were done, he said a different price than what was quoted to me. So make sure you clarify if anchoring is included or not. At the end he said it’s one price if they use our anchor screws and more if they used theirs. We just so happened to have purchased some since his worker didn’t have enough. None of that was originally discussed or stated. But other than that, no complaints.

They installed a gazebo on a wood deck. They listened to my wishes, communicated about any issues, listened to my concerns and worked with me to find a resolution and were reasonable on the cost. The issues were because I bought the wrong size but they made it work to my satisfaction and they engineered a good alternative.
