Fredy came out quickly on a Saturday and even though we needed a new part, he was able to restore heat in the interim. He came back promptly the next business day to complete the work. F&P stands out for responsiveness when my normal provider couldnt (despite my service contract with them).

Freddy was quick to come out and respond right at Christmas time. Didn’t charge me extra for a holiday and was very informative explaining my hvac issue. My heat went out and Freddy was able to get it back up and running the next day. He is very knowledgeable and will work with you with his pricing. Would hire again.

Fredy responded quickly and gave me an estimate that seemed reasonable.The next day he had the parts to fix a dryer duct issue. The dryer duct was made of flexible, metal and it had been shredded and torn apart, and the dryer exhaust was venting into the crawlspace. He replaced with solid 4 inch metal ductwork that met code( the flexible metal ductwork did not) and sealed it and hung it in a fashion that it didn’t interfere with other pipe work in the crawlspace. He was highly professional and explained to me what he was doing, which seem to make a lot of sense since I had investigated how to repair it beforehand. I thought this was excellent service prompt and of reasonable cost and I would not hesitate to use him again.
