- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge an hourly rate. The pricing will be based on the scope of the project and the amount of value I can add to the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would do an intro meeting to learn more about each other and better understand the project, deadlines, funding, etc. Then, we would set up a follow-up call to discuss potential engagement and see if it would make sense to collaborate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've completed several online copywriting courses and created a personal blog on Medium.com, where I organically grew my following to over 3,400 followers. I've been a co-editor for an online publication I helped launch for the past few years and previously worked as a copywriting coach. Additionally, I briefly had my own Writing Coaching business. I worked as a Master Coach at a high-ticket business coaching company, teaching clients about Sales, Marketing, and Copywriting. I've also been a freelance writer for several years, and some of my clients include large brands like Lands' End. I've been a Sales professional for almost two decades, so I'm incredibly familiar with human behavior, buyer psychology, and verbal/non-verbal communication.
