Hello! My name is Kelly and I want to help your with your fitness journey!
I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years.
Over the past two years I have revamped my approach to training from focusing strictly on weight loss and muscle build, to helping people love and move their bodies in ways that make them feel strong, healthy, happy and sexy. I want to empower people to love themselves, including their bodies, I want to help people live longer lives, move better, avoid aches and pains, and truly live their lives to the fullest.
I am also a certified nutrition coach on top of my personal training certification and can help people refocus their eating habits from disordered eating to intuitive eating. I want to help people to eat without counting calories, without feeling hungry, without guilt, and to be able to enjoy things like Reese’s! I teach that there are not bad and good foods. There is only food.
I want to help people really change their lives. I do still help people lose weight if needed and building strength, flexibility, and balance are my top priority when working with my clients. Whatever you need, I individualize your training to suit YOU!
