Introduction

We offer professional handy person services with clear upfront pricing. We are on time and clean up when we leave. Our hourly rate is $125 per hour with a 4 hour discount of 10%. We also discount 15%for 8 hours. We also charge a $55 trip charge outside of the Raleigh Metro area.(Durham, Chapel Hill, Wake Forest etc. )

Great experience. The booking process was easy and we got a technician out very quickly. The technician, Robert, was on time, professional and efficient. We told him what we wanted done and he delivered. We did notice a small issue after he left and contacted the company that evening, they were able to get him back out the next day and he quickly and professionally resolved the issue. Would recommend and will use this company again.

I cannot say enough good things about Mrs. K’s Home Repair & Construction! They were always quick to respond and made the whole process clear and easy! Pepe was friendly & worked hard to construct as much of our play set as he could quickly. When the job took longer than expected, Mrs. K herself & her husband came out the next morning to ensure the job got done. We were very impressed with their professionalism & customer service. We would gladly hire them again in the future & will definitely refer them to friends and family!

We start our services at $125 per hour. We will charge a $75 trip charge for customers outside of Metro Raleigh/Durharm.
