- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price is always the bad part however we keep our pricing simple, we understand that no one as for roaches, bats , squirrels, mice and so on there for we strive to operate on the lowest price structure possible. Yes we are a business and are here to make money, however we want to protect our customers wallet as much as possible. We also offer a pretty wide range military and first responder discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep our process very simple. After being contacted we set up a time for a free inspection to discuss the problem at hand. At the inspection appointment we provide a customized solution and identify the issues that we were contacted about, we go over the quote and the scope of work. Once the customer is satisfied with the quote we proceed to ensuring the job is started, once all work is completed we go over everything with the customer to ensure scommatisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Where to start, over the last two plus decades there has the opportunities for training and education has been a huge blessing. Starting in the late 90’s at the NC Museum of Natural Sciences, to Training classes and work shops at NCSU, obtaining a degree in business, holding multiple state licenses, to obtaining several training and certification from outside organization the list goes on. We all strive to continuing to learn and grow in this wonderful industry.
