They did a great job and I’d not only recommend them I’ve already scheduled them for another job in my home. I had 3 toilets installed, old ones hauled away and a recirculating pump installed for hot water. They were great at explaining everything along with looking at the other project I’m hiring them for. Invoice was sent within a week through Quickbooks and it was exactly what I was expecting as far as amount. Easy to pay online through checking or savings account.

We had two clogged bathroom sinks. One was not draining at all, the other was slow. Made an appointment with MAKE IT DRAIN (919 741-1539), a plumbing company in Garner. I have a Raleigh zip code. I was given a window of 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Patrick, the owner, arrived at 10 am. And by 10:45, both issues were resolved. Patrick's demeanor matched his skill. Totally recommend MAKE IT DRAIN.

We needed 4 new faucets installed and they were able to come out and worked with my schedule for when to come in. They replaced all 4 bathroom faucets and did a good job and even recommended good advice and changes that would benefit us. Faucet install went great. The next day we saw our upstairs toilet was leaking. We reached out to them and they were very responsive and came out the next day and showed us where the leak was coming from and gave us some recommendations. They were able to install a new toilet and replaced the previous plastic pipes to metal so they better hold and prevent hopefully any future leaks. We had a very good experience and definitely recommend Make It Drain!

Make It Drain were very responsive when I messaged them about needing an old toilet removed and getting a new toilet installed. They arrived at my home and quickly and efficiently took care of my issue. I have had zero issues with the new toilet.
