I had a wire shelving system in the guest bedroom that collapsed under the weight of all the items in the closet. Custom Closet Solutions (CCS) made an appointment to provide an estimate within an hour of the job posting. The CCS estimate was significantly lower than what was quoted from other companies. CCS came out 3 days later, patched the walls where the wire shelving system collapsed and installed a shelving system that accommodated everything that was on the closet with ample usable space to spare. Exceptional work! We are going to have CCS do all our owners suite closet next.

We can’t say about good things about our experience. Professional attitude. Quality work. Friendly and responsive. Good customer service can be underrated in today’s world but we appreciate his going above and beyond to stay in touch and get the job done in a timely manner and at a great cost. Price can range depending on what the customer wants in the closet and the size of the closet. Discounts can be applied as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the customers house and see what they need and want in their closet space take measurements. Once we agree on the project a 1-2 weeks later we come in and install their closet.
