I had a wire shelving system in the guest bedroom that collapsed under the weight of all the items in the closet. Custom Closet Solutions (CCS) made an appointment to provide an estimate within an hour of the job posting. The CCS estimate was significantly lower than what was quoted from other companies. CCS came out 3 days later, patched the walls where the wire shelving system collapsed and installed a shelving system that accommodated everything that was on the closet with ample usable space to spare. Exceptional work! We are going to have CCS do all our owners suite closet next.

On our scheduled date and time (9:00 am) Cruz Perez was there before I arrived by himself and ready to go to work placing shelves in 3 closets, one walk-in closet in the master bedroom and 2 smaller closets in the guest bedroom. So I asked him if he could get all of this done today by himself and he with confidence sure no problem. And I quote my wife “ Why is he by himself. How long will that take him to do alone?” Well, he laid out his gear and supplies while protecting our carpet and floors. He got to work and was finished by 1:00 pm. My wife said she was skeptical but he got it done and she loves her new closet. The new guest closets are perfect also. This young man is good, we would definitely hire him again.

Price can range depending on what the customer wants in the closet and the size of the closet. Discounts can be applied as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We go to the customers house and see what they need and want in their closet space take measurements. Once we agree on the project a 1-2 weeks later we come in and install their closet.
