- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is set to what the customers want and labor for the bakery to provide the cake.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time customers get a big welcome to the bakery by getting to know each other, going over requirements, the type of occasion, setup, delivery, pricing, tasting, setup care, final paperwork. I know it can be a lot, but I want to make sure you are 100% happy with the full experience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bakery/Food services is my full resume. I have a food handler license and Business license.
