Jimmy was unbelievable. Reasonably priced and very good at what he did. We added on a couple things mid project because he was so great. He was easy to work with for the customer ideas we had and picked up supplies, etc. couldn’t be happier. See pics for the amazing job he did framing and drywalling small walls for shelves and then doing crown molding and baseboard in our living room and bathroom along with accent wall trim for two bedrooms. I’ll be personally painting and finishing…so happy with the cut and install work that J&K did.

Jimmy was always very responsive to my messages and showed up to my apt at scheduled time. Jimmy and coworker put my custom bed together efficiently and were respectful of my surrounding areas. Before leaving, I asked Jimmy to look at my dresser that had two slats on the back that had fallen off. Jimmy did not hesitate to look and fixed it quickly as well. Very pleased with this experience

Jimmy did an okay job but fell short in a few areas. Positives: He finished in the timeframe I requested and used his own tools / bits for drilling which I did appreciate. He even acquired more bits for the metal on our specific anchors. He was friendly and mostly punctual. Negatives: Only used 2 anchors per beam instead of the 4 I requested and provided, stating that he didn’t know. I laid all boxes out for him and even showed him on piece of tape where all 4 were supposed to go. Despite asking him to square off the gazebo legs before anchoring at least 3 times, he didn’t, and it ended up not meeting the measurements listed in the instructions. Not sure how this will affect the integrity of the unit over time. He only addressed obvious issues after I pointed things out that I was unhappy with, granted I did look at them mid-project so I can’t say he would have made the small fixes on his own accord. He did damage some of the wood when moving parts around but only visually. Communication could have been better, and they left lots of bits of trash around the yard. Could have been a better experience overall, but he does work hard and complete the job.
