What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will assess your current state of fitness and nutrition. I will also gather information about your past and any injuries or concerns you have. Together we will talk to come up with a game plan for your success. I believe a good coach has to listen to his players so the game plan can be successful.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started by starting my fitness journey and losing 60 pounds. In that time I also helped my mom lose weight. In February of 2024 I started helping my sister on her weight loss journey. So far she has lost 60 pounds!
