- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
WNC Appliances offers competitive pricing based on industry and local standards. Our service fee is $99. Labor and Part priced is based on "The Bluebook" standard. The technician will quote you the price of parts and labor once diagnostics are completed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers have the option to message us by text, call us, or messaging us online. You also have the option to book appointments online via our website. We we gather more information about your appliance and our technician will "Triage" the appliance before going to your location to service. You will receive a call and/or text when the technician is on the way with an ETA.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified by 2 industry standards. The PSA and NASTeC. We also attended yearly training at ASTI with the United Appliance Servicers Association. We are members of multiple organizations that provide ongoing factory training such as MSA, UASA, and The Service Alliance Group.
