I have worked with Ms. Williams in the area of property management. I love the fact that she is responsible, professional, very responsive, and has taken care of my home with the same care and enthusiasm that I have for it. Ms Williams is a WINNER, and I will be recommending her and her service to all of my friends and family. I wish that I could give her a rating of 10 Stars, because she is a hard worker, and really cares about her landlords and tenants.

I've just started working with The Best Group, but a major deciding factor was the turn around time from when I placed an interest in knowing more about this company to when I was contacted. I literally submitted an inquiry at 6 a.m. and within an hour we were scheduled to meet on the same day. Ivana was very professional and personable. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave her professional advice. Being able to contact her at all times is also a big plus for me. I feel confident that The Best Group will take care of my property as if it were their own.

I thought I would be taken care of while my wife and I were out of state from property management in Fayetteville. I had Homeowners property management and when they started delivering substandard service (i.e. Taking two weeks to get back to me) I went to AAIMS property management, the only "accredited" property management company in Fayetteville. I don't know who they are accredited by besides themselves, but my house has sat empty waiting for repairs from the last tenant for 9 months now. Some of that is due to me trying to sell but either way that's close to $8000 I'm out because they want to drag their feet probably because I'm out of state. I've gotten notices because they aren't keeping up with the lawn and other things as well. Now that I've gotten the bad part out of the way, I will talk about my initial experience with The Best Group Real Estate. Ivanka(sorry if I misspelled it) usually has gotten back to me within 20 minutes of an inquiry....not 20 days like the other management companies...20 minutes. The times that she didn't get back to me in 20 minutes, she responded before the end of the day. What a concept for a property manager who is taking care of your investment property, to respond to you when you inquire. I am very impressed with her customer service thus far and look forward to seeing how quality property management is supposed to look like. Stay away from AAIMS and Homeowners property management. Ivanka, don't make me a liar!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Best Group Real Estate offer their services at 10% of the rental proceeds. Their is also a one time Administrative Fee of $175.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every situation is different and is treated as such. I prefer to speak with a client on the telephone or in person so there is a clear understanding of their needs and what is expected.
