- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront, flat rate pricing which means you know what the investment is before we start. Also once we quote a project you can be sure it won’t change. If there are unforeseen issues, we will discuss the plan ahead of time so you are clear on what needs to be done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out in a clearly marked, fully stocked service van. Then we perform a complete and thorough evaluation of the entire system including ductwork, we build several options for you to choose from. This allows you to prioritize safety issues over preventative maintenance and puts you in control of your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We participate in ongoing manufacturer training programs, NATE Certification and NC state licensing requirements.
