I got dryer several years ago and it's still going strong. I'm trying to get a washer at the present moment. The dryer was delivered and he set it up. Also removed the old one.

He charged me $40.00 and didnt fix anything. He pulled out a flashlight and stayed in my home for 5 minutes saying that he couldnt fix it after telling me it was my water pump in the washer machine. This company will get over if they can. I have a lawsuit out against him

They tried dodging the warranty we had with them until we threatened to report them to the police for a bait and switch. They ended up giving us a partial refund and a different washing machine. Understand these guys can be difficult unless you know what you're doing.
