Tech got here early, the issue was very elusive but he managed to find a cracked water line IN the hole of a 2x4 of the wall frame! He got everything repaired and patched up with no issues. We thank him for his persistance!

I went on Thumbtack looking for a plumber because my toilet wasn't flushing. I selected several companies but 808 responded to my help request within 30 minutes (2 never did respond and the 3rd responded the next day). I called and spoke with Kossi. I asked him if he could come that same day. He said he could and he arrived about an hour later. There's so much I could say but short version is that he did not give up until he fixed my toilet. He removed the toilet, dug up septic lines, and tried everything he could think of to help us. He was at my house for 5 HOURS! Kossi did not stop until my toilet was working. I will NEVER call any other plumber from now on. Kossi was thorough, professional and so courteous. I can't thank him enough for his help.
