We were very happy with our home inspection, not only was he punctual and thorough he took time to show my husband how to get to and clean the septic filter to keep it working correctly. Very easy to talk to, got our report within a day. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure our home was inspected inside and out and he even threw the frisbee for our fur baby. Would definitely recommend him to anyone 😊

As a first time home buyer, David was an awesome resource to have. He took the time to walk me through the report and ideal next steps in the home buying process. David responded promptly and came to my house to perform a preventive maintenance inspection within 24 hours. His 30+ years of experience was evident, as he identified some problems that other professionals had missed. Was very thorough and was able to provide solutions to the problems he identified. He did not try to upsell any other services, but did offer suggestions of other professionals whose work he recommended. I plan on using his inspections services annually to make sure my home stays in great condition.

Fees vary based on sq ft & age of the home. We are happy to give a quote!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to us to discuss the inspections that are needed in your area. Discuss the cost of the inspections needed. Then we handle the rest. We schedule and arrange access into the home. In most cases you will receive your inspection report the same day as your inspection is preformed.
