Pricing will vary depending on the property and situation. Generally, the market standard for short term rental management is 22-30%.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll set up an introductory call to learn more about each other and see if we're a good fit for one another. If the customer chooses to proceed, we then conduct a property assessment to determine what is needed to maximize revenue. We'll send out a co-hosting contract afterwards, and our service begins promptly after it is signed by both parties.
