Extremely unprofessional. Had to contact about arrival time. They apologized and offered to come later or next day. We needed the garbage removed as there are animals getting into them. They also offered to take $20. They were informed through text and photo that there were 3 toilets. When they arrive the lady tells my husband they didn’t know about the toilets and now the rate changes from $150 to $175?? Your late and lied about what we said needed picked up because your tired and didn’t feel like it. Will never use again especially since she had an attitude when trying to get clarification as to why we would be charged more for items you were informed of??

I had a 2 piece sofa and chaise sectional with an oversized ottoman to dispose of. Along Came a Truck responded to my late evening inquiry right away. We agreed on a fair price and scheduled pick up for the very next morning. We had a specific time and they sent me a message when they were around 30 minutes out. They were friendly, kind and professional. They got right on the job and was finished in no time. We took care of payment and they were on their way. I would certainly think of them first, for any future removal projects!!
