- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand that dealing with things such as water damage and mold can be overwhelming. When we initially speak with our customers, it is usually the first time they have dealt with something like this. We like to simplify the process as much as possible and set our customers at ease. The first thing we will do is come out to assess the damage and the scope of work. We encourage the homeowner to be present so they can ask questions and interact with our inspectors. We follow that inspection up with an inspection report that contains pictures and a detailed assessment of the damage found and the treatment recommendations. Once the scope of work is agreed upon, we schedule a date to begin the restoration process!

*Certified Mold Remediation Contractors through MICRO (Mold Inspection Consulting and Remediation Organization) *Water Restoration Technician through IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification)
