We are not trying to get rich we price to fit customers budget and we where rated gold and a five star company because we do what we say we are gonna do and treat every customer with respect we don't blame the customer if they write a bad review. Making the customers happy and giving them what they pay for which is beautiful trees and giving the customers a fair price and we also price match if we are able to. But I have been in the tree care business for 28 yrs so hit us up if you want a perfessional opinion on your trees and not just somebody wanting to take your money and just a heads up Topping trees is bad which is cutting all the limbs off and leaving a stick for new growth to grow on.

We had a very serious problem with 60foot dead pine tree in our back yard that was up against our privacy fence . Chris arrived promptly and gave me an estimate that included the removal of the dead tree but an additional pine tree that was likely to be infected . Chris also recommend that we elevate the surrounding tree limbs so we had better appearance around our in ground pool. Chris and his crew arrived on time and within a hour or so had the trees down and limbs removed. I was so impressed by the work performed by Chris and his crew. The crew cleaned up the work site and reinstalled my fence . Great job by a great company The big surprise came when I settled my bill , Chris refunded part of my bill and told me to take my wife out to dinner for Mother’s Day . Chris knew that we were a Gold Star Family and knew how stressful it is for my wife on Mother’s Day. His thoughtfulness was “over the top” Thank you Chris for a job very well done This is the “Go To” company for all your tree trimming and removal needs

I can’t say enough good things about Chris and his crew and the great work he did removing four (one huge!) sweet gum tree from my back yard and trimming two trees and two crepe myrtles in my front yard. He even threw in a free trim of a tree that was touching some electrical wires! His team chipped the branches and hauled off the wood chunks and left me a nice pile of mulch to use on my plants! His price for all that work was very reasonable. Chris is efficient, on time, and a really sweet guy! I won’t hesitate to hire him again.

Chris responded quickly, showed up when he said he would and brought six guys to help with our project to remove three trees. Price was great! He was the only job bidder that offerred chipping the small branches onsite to cut the cost saving us $1,000. He was the only guy who walked our property near and around the house pointing out other trees "to keep an eye on". Yes we will be calling him back for our Tree trimming and removal needs.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I look at how long it will take me and don't bring in heavy equipment unless nessary it usually all depends on where the tree is located at if it's over a house are power lines is usually more and out in the yard usually less and if we can chip on site brings the cost down some
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss what the customer wants and if they aren't there during the process we will send pics during the tree work so they can see step by step of how their yard is looking .
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
1 1/2 yrs training in pine knot job corps center from 1996 - 1997
