- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SCL Properties welcomes the opportunity to assist new customers and clients with excellent property management services. We aim to pinpoint exactly what services each client needs to make or maintain the profitability of their property and provide those services at a high standard. New clients can meet with any and all staff at their property or at a neutral location; whichever option is most feasible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SCL Properties added Carol Lowe, Broker-In-Charge for her ability and experience in managing multiple units at a time. Ms. Lowe has her full NC Broker-In-Charge license and allows SCL Properties, to manage properties for other clients. Ms. Lowe has years of experience managing single family homes, apartment complexes, duplexes and townhomes. Ms. Lowe has Fair Housing,North Carolina Housing Finance Agency-NCHFA, Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation-CAHEC and Rural Development training, allowing her to serve our clients with a high standard of care. Our years of experience will undoubtedly assist any investment property owner with all of their property management needs.
