I had the best experience working with Ja. He responded to my initial call/search for a handyman almost immediately, offered a fair price for his time and work and showed up early the next morning to get the job done. He was able to haul, unpack, and assemble a very large storage shed and large cantilever umbrella for my new patio. He showed me how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with operating my new toys before he packed up and left. We had a little mixup with payment on my part and Ja was so understanding and patient with me. Thanks for a great experience, Ja! 5 stars

Ja is one of those folks that brings a can do attitude to difficult situations. I had a floodlight that needed replacing. That sounds straightforward but it definitely wasn't. From its difficult location, to the fact that the Amazon Renewed Store replacement did not come with all the parts, to me just being a careless homeowner, Ja had to problem solve a path to this project completion. His knowledge and experience shined through. I'll call him again in the future... if he'll let me!
