I called three different companies to get my septic tank pumped out. This company was the only to call me back and they scheduled me within a couple of days. They showed up and got right to work. Located my tank( new house bought last year) and told me a lot about it. They really know thier stuff. They were professional and happy. If you are looking for septic tank company please choose Septic- R-us. You will not be disappointed! Thanks guys!

We had a non triage job that I was glad to see got delayed in preference to Priority jobs that had backed up toilet. They came out in one day and were able to assess and correct some of our understandings of our own septic system. It was buried a lot deeper than we thought and even though that incurred morphy's, we were glad to realize that and understand our own system better. They cleaned up and had no Trace! We are thankful for how fast they got in touch with us and how eager they were to get us on the schedule! Really grateful for their service!

I only docked one star because their pricing for getting a tank cleaned out was confusing & it cost more than I was expecting. They took the time to explain things & show me pics & identified other potential problems so they could be taken care of before becoming a problem.
