- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m good at what I do, but also reasonable and sincere in getting you the most out of your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’ll find out what stage of the process they’re in. (New property that’s untouched? Or property that’s under-performing?) Then, we’ll discuss ways I foresee earning top dollar, the budget needed to get there, and how we need to structure our relationship, moving forward, so that the property becomes self-sufficient and earns passively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been “flipping” and staging real estate spaces for friends (and my own rental properties) for years. I also have a masters degree in creative writing, so I’m a master at “selling” spaces via their descriptions, too.
