If you are looking to increase athletic performance, reduce risk of injury or even increase quality of life I highly recommend Motion Crafted Care. During my experience with Motion Crafted Care, Dr. Mulenda educated me in many ways. He not only helped me to identify imbalances in my mobility, flexibility and stability in various areas such as my hips, ankles, knees, hamstrings etc. but gave me correctional exercises to improve each area. He presents his material in a convenient manner, making it simple to follow along, execute and remember.
