Frustrating service. We agree to a time then then early show up on the time agreed. Workers are noisy (on their phone). Often when they come they nick the walls or break something because the cleaning is so aggressive - usually banging vacuum cleaner or mops. They blew out my power twice. The last time they came they damaged one of the door knobs. When I informed Riccy, she ignored my calls and didn’t show up for work. Very unprofessional.

My tenant has pets and left lot of pet waste and left the home unclean and hygienic Riccy Torres and team quickly did an assessment of cleaning needs and got to work to produce a very clean and hygienic home. They went beyond their responsibility to restore the home to a shiny clean and odor free
I will hire them again on the next opportunity

They Responded quickly and they came at a very short notice! They did an absolutely amazing job and in very excited to do a biweekly service with them!

Overall our experience was mixed. They were punctual and did a good job of cleaning. But they quoted me $130 and then charged me $180. They also pulled down a hanging light, pulling the hardware from the ceiling, and broke the two blades on a new fan in our kids room. This is an added cost as we scramble to find parts to fix it. I understand accidents happen but they never mentioned this to us and it wasn’t until we turned on the fan to see two blades were broken away. One missing washer was on the dresser but the other nowhere to be found. We are very disappointed and feel these errors and 3 hours of work was not worth $180.
