- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
new customers need to ask if we have discounts we can have discounts when they contact me also all prices are variable
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have to have due respect for the client, not make noise and work calmly with my group. Also when we start work, the first thing we do is the preparation, cover the floor, the folder, the furniture, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have to be very polite in that sense because there are clients who do not want noise to be made when it is time to work, we also have to clean, etc.
