- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work on a flat-fee basis for each service -- it's easiest for myself and most cost-effective for the client. Virtual Design Consultations are $250 and In-Person Design Consultations are $450. E-Design / Virtual Design is $1500 per room. Full Service Interior Design is between $3000 per room.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we'll start with a free initial Zoom call to discuss your project in more detail and to see if we're a good fit. We'll go over the process and I'll answer any questions you have. Once you're ready to move forward, you'll receive a welcome packet with more information as well as the contract and invoice. Then we'll schedule our in-person consultation where we'll meet in your home to discuss the design questionnaire, I'll take photos and measurements, and then I'll get started on creating your custom design.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self-educated. I spent years every day after work at the law firm watching design shows, taking design courses, and reading design books. I continue to learn -- attending webinars, markets, and industry events on a regular basis.
