FAQs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year North Carolina requires us to attend continuing education to maintain our license. I make sure that I exceed the requirements and make sure that I always stay on top of all the changing trends in Home Construction.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It is going to sound a bit Cliche. However, I really do enjoy helping people and being part of the process to find the right home for them. It is a very important decision in life, and one that needs to be made carefully and with every bit of information you can. I take a lot of satisfaction in helping provide that information for people.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions before you hire your home inspector. Remember this person is going to do an evaluation on your future home, you need to know that you are going to trust this individual and that they are going to give you a fair and unbiased report. I have a lot of good competition who produce a quality report and will educate you on your future home, much like I will, and there are some home inspectors that will not. The best is to ask questions and know what you are getting before you commit.
