These guys were FANTASTIC to work with!!! Mo came and gave us the estimate. He was professional, polite and helpful. He even brought carpet samples for us to choose the carpet that day. Once we were ready for the project to begin, Mo sent 3 very hard working and knowledgeable men to complete the job. The guys that worked in our house were very impressive. They communicated what was going to happen and when and those guys shocked us by completing the entire upstairs in one day!!! (And our home is completely furnished!!! They moved all the big items.) They were respectful of our home, our things and of us. That was a big deal!!! Huge thank you to USC Flooring, Mo and the installation crew!!! We are so appreciative!!!

Initially responsive. Needing a next step and reply. Nothing. Ghosted. I said I was moving on to another vendor. Within MINUTES their reply: no problem Um. What ? We hadn’t even really discussed the project. Proceed at your own risk
