FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do my best to give each potential client the best price possible. I make sure I break down everything they will be getting in the package they choose. A lot of potential clients only look at the job based on the amount of hours the service is provided. I make sure they understand fully that the service does not start with their event and make sure they fully know the hours of preparation that will go into the event, as well as the time after.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like talking to potential clients to get a feel for their vision of the event. I want to hear what their needs are and provide whats necessary to bring that vision to life. I am also able to suggest and think through things that they may have missed such as sound needs, dj placement, and even event schedule. Once I know the needs I can begin building a custom package for the potential client that I feel will meet every need. My hope is that with that presentation I can earn the trust necessary to do my part in making their event memorable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I also have a B.S. degree in Broadcast Communications and I worked in both commercial and non-commercial radio for years. I have worked as a promoter and road manager and those positions have helped me to develop the skill of paying attention to details.
