I never got a response back for you Today on 10/6.
First, when I hired your company, I bought the parts to install it within a commercial salon. To install a hair trapper for two shampoo bowls, your company said that you could do the work and charged me $700. Though I thought it was high, I still went ahead with you doing the work. Once you started the work, you finished it in an 1 hour and I asked that "Are you sure" their will not be any leaks. You and the other person said yes. After doing testing for 15 seconds, you said it is good and I handed over $700.
Then the next day, both shampoo bowls started leaking. I called your company to come out and make repairs to your work, you texted me that you don't get off work until 5pm. Then at 5pm, you texted me that it wouldn't be until 7:30p. While waiting for you to comeback, I went to HomeDepot to buy temporary hoses just in cased you couldn't complete the task. Once you arrived, you attempted to re-install the hair trapper again and then it started leaking again. We lost 2 days of business when the sinks not working.
After you installed the temporary hoses on Tuesday, October 1, 2024, you said you will come back again on Sunday, October 6th (5 days later). What bothered me on Tuesday, 10/1, you left water all over the shampoo room, which I had to clean up. Next, I confirmed with you Sunday, 10/6 that you are coming at 1pm. While on my way to the salon, you texted me that you had an family emergency and you will be there later. I have been real patient with your company and come to realize that you either can't do this work or don't want to do the work. As a result and fairness to our company, I am asking that you refund $500 dollars for not completing the job. Please response to my text. Thank you.
