I found Painters1 to be exceptional in terms of professionalism and honesty. They were very responsive and did what they promised on time with no glitches. It wasn’t the lowest quote but you get what you pay for. I’m willing to pay a little more to get it done right, on time and from an organization with high morals and standards!! Painter1 painted 2 bedrooms in my house for my daughters. I got a lot of estimates but ended up choosing Painter 1 because of their responsiveness, knowledge of paint and professionalism. l've learned from having many home projects that it's worth it to find someone who has the business skill, who will show up on time, and answer their phone. We offer very competitive pricing for each project. We are thorough with our estimating process to ensure we provide the highest quality work at a reasonable price. We are able to offer discounts depending on your specific project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with an introductory call to learn more about you and your needs. We then have an in-person estimate to understand the scope of work. At the end of the estimate we will review the project and provide a price for the work. A detailed proposal will be sent shortly after the end of the estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive background in providing excellent customer service and detailed project management. My professional experience has given me the tools to provide you with a best-in-class experience that provides excellent results.
